Sometimes the water needs to be changed after certain stay due to the contamination. The water takes time to reach to the ideal temperature. Your safety is our priority. While we try our best to maintain the hot tub, we cannot guarantee that it will be fully operational at all times. There will be no refund if there is a technical issue or if the temperature does not reach the ideal level. * Respect our home and treat it as you would your own. * Please keep the noise level down after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. * Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you're a smoker, please use the designated outdoor smoking area and properly dispose of your cigarette butts to avoid fire hazards. * Please note that any type of parties or large gatherings are prohibited on the property. *Guests who violate these rules may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. Emerald Cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was spacious and had the amenities that we were looking for. Annie was easy to contact and quick to respond to our few questions before and during our stay!
